Zombi bars

Looking for something a bit different?  These all new Zombi handlebars are the latest addition to our range of Harley Davidson products and are TIG welded 1" tube with a 3mm wall thickness.

Featuring a custom fabricated cross member, they are available in 6, 10 & 13" rise with a 3" pull back and 3.5" nurled centres.

They come in raw (pictured) or drilled and coated.  Badgers skull not included :)

Rocket Bobs Pushrod Collets

Replace those nasty, pressed steel stock collets with our new, chunky Rocket Bobs collets that are machined from 7075 billet.  For more details have a look at our products page.

Harley Rocker shaved fender

A recent job to shave 6" off a rear Rocker fender. 

It's a great opportunity to show off Arts paint work.  The original OEM transfer flames were put back on by hand once he had laid down the sunglo candy red.  Looks great and this is why we use Art on all our paint now, from the humble Voodoo fender to a full blown custom creation.

Voodoo Bob final stages

It's taken some time (11 months on and off!) but we're finally getting close to the end of the Voodoo Bob build.  The tank and new fender are down at Arts getting a Rocket Bobs themed paint scheme and we should hopefully be fitting it all back on in the next couple of weeks (workshop space permitting!).

Another month flies by, and another Rocker :)

Well here are at the start of November (only 54 days to xmas!! :D) and the blog is feeling a wee bit neglected again.  There has been so much going on that things have been a bit manic here and we haven't had a chance to do any blogging,, but hopefully the next few posts should bring things up to date.

First off we've been tearing down our latest Harley Rocker which is going to be a far more involved build than we've done before on one of these softails.

Think air rides, pintails and zombi's (more later!).

Fat Rocker C

Had a great time in Basingstoke today meeting up with Mark & Bernadette again.  We dropped Marks Rocker back to him fitted out with our new style rear fender that nicely covers the 260 tyre he fitted.

 
Part of the job was to put on a set of our risers with some RSD vintage bars.  Just a heads up to any Rocker owners out there,, technically all the cables should be replaced if you're going to do this mod, and the loom needs extending 4" to the switches.

Mark had a particular dislike for fork mounted turns and asked us to come up with something different.  So we took a set of mini bullets and flush mounted them into a custom fabbed bracket that attaches straight to the base of the headstock.  This solution is so effective we've decided to market it :)

Big thanks to Mark for trusting us with his scoot again but be warned,  next time we visit we're taking the dog!!
