International Custom Bike Show 2011

Just got back from the International Custom Bike Show at Ally Pally.  We had a really great time and thanks so much for all your kind comments and positive feedback.  Sadly we didn't win anything this year :( but huge props to Shaws and Guildford HD for carrying off the silverware in the Stock Modified Harley category.  And Larry Houghton of Lamb Engineering's 'Son Of A Gun' BSA was a just winner in freestyle.

We are up and running again now with a head full of ideas and a full order book but we will hopefully be in Bournemouth at the end of May with a mutha of a rocker.  For now here are some shots from the weekend:

Shaved Nuts

Always found the fork nuts on the Dynas a fugly affair.  So yesterday we hit a set.  First skimmed the massive barnacle of a hex off then counter bored the head before using an ultra trick lathe tool that cuts a socket head whilst spinning at a ridiculous speed !!  Don't ask me how, some things are best explained by Voodoo ;)

Then we turned up thin caps that fit and replicate the original form less the hex.

All up it's an ultra clean mod....

Head on over to our webshop and you too can get a set of Shaved Nuts :)

Race System

We found the perfect end cans for our race systems.  Two Brothers Racing in the US now supply us with a 10" end can of just exquisite quality.  First job was to map the radius and mill in our logo :)  Full system pix and video out soon..........

The clocks running down!

There's only three weeks left now before the bikes will need to be up at the AMD competition in London & meanwhile I'm still finishing the new arm, trying to keep up with orders plus final fab work on a truly sic Rocker!

Oh and customer bikes are lined up til May!

At this point I think I'd be feeling stress if I wasn't enjoying life so much :D
